SENIORS, PLEASE READ & REBLOG! 

Hello everyone!
Sorry for the change of plans, but we will now be collecting permission slips on 5/21/12 as you board the bus.  A permission slip AND your PHHS PHOTO ID CARD will be your ticket on the bus.  Please have the permission slip signed by your parent/guardian.  If you are 18 you CAN sign your own permission slip!  

There is a box for you to fill your medical information on the permission slip.  DON’T FORGET TO FILL IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have already turned in your permission slip to me or Vasques….please come by to pick it up in D- 12 (Mr. Vasques).

Also, if you need a vegetarian meal please let Mr. Vasques know (D-13) IN PERSON.

Bring an appropriate swimsuit and a towel if you want to swim .  Yes, there will be swimming available. 

Finally, DO NOT Drive to the location you will be turned away.  I PROMISE YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!  If you follow the bus, you will NOT be allowed entry to the parking area.  

One last Finally, BE ON TIME!  The buses might just leave without you.
